We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Finance to support the day-to-day financial operations of the hotel, ensuring processes and controls are followed in line with company policies and relevant UK regulations.
Requirements
- Qualification in Accounting or Finance, such as a bachelor’s degree or ACCA qualification
- Previous experience in an Assistant Finance Manager, Finance Supervisor, or similar supervisory role within hotel finance or hospitality accounting
- Proven experience using Opera PMS and Micros systems
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and potential risks proactively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage or support a team
