The Event Planning Manager is responsible for planning and executing events, reporting directly to the Director of Events. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing mid-size to large complex group events, including meetings, conferences, galas, and trade shows.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary contact for clients coordinating mid-size to large, complex group events
- Manage all aspects of the event planning lifecycle
- Partner with Event Sales, Operations, and Culinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a consistent guest experience
- Maintain detailed and organized Event Orders (EOs), diagrams, and communications for internal teams
- Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth
