Job Description
The Events Service Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of designated functions, conferences, and events at Park Hyatt Jakarta. They will supervise associates, maintain a high level of customer service, and ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to.
Requirements
- Indonesian Nationality or expatriate
- Degree in Hospitality or Business Management
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in a 5-star International Hotel Chain
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills
