Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla, delivering exceptional cleanliness standards, operational excellence, and a caring experience for both guests and colleagues.
Requirements
- Lead pre-opening housekeeping setup, systems, and brand standards
- Deliver outstanding cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance across all areas
- Implement sustainability and environmental initiatives, including efficient use of linen, chemicals, water, and energy
- Drive productivity, cost control, and revenue-supporting initiatives
- Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing housekeeping team
- Partner closely with Rooms and Operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
