Housekeeping Manager

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla. As the Housekeeping Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the successful pre-opening and launch of Hyatt Place AlUla, delivering exceptional cleanliness standards, operational excellence, and a caring experience for both guests and colleagues.

Requirements

• Lead pre-opening housekeeping setup, systems, and brand standards
• Deliver outstanding cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance across all areas
• Implement sustainability and environmental initiatives
• Drive productivity, cost control, and revenue-supporting initiatives
• Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing housekeeping team
• Partner closely with Rooms and Operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
