Job Description
Maintain cleanliness of all pots and pans used in all F&B outlets, scrub and wash by hand, sweep and mop floors, keep equipment clean, and store pots and pans in designated areas.
Requirements
- 6 months experience in a position that provides the skills necessary for this position
- High school graduate (desirable)
- Self-Efficacy
- Knowledge of the safe use of various chemicals and safety concerns
- Following standard sanitation rules
- Effectively communicate verbally; fluent in English
- Ability to bend, lift, push, pull and carry in excess of 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Working quickly and under minimal supervision (desirable)
- Working in hot kitchen and noisy environment (desirable)
