Job description
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you'll contribute to shaping the core infrastructure that powers a global workforce — building scalable, resilient, and secure services that enable the business to move faster. With an automation-first mindset and a focus on AI-driven operations, you'll help reduce toil and technical debt while strengthening business continuity through backup and disaster recovery strategy.
Design, build, and implement robust infrastructure solutions aligned with business needs, security best practices, and organizational standards. Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues and outages; perform root-cause and post-mortem analyses, leveraging AI and automation to drive process improvements and efficiency.
This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys elevating team capability through guidance and innovation. Experience as a Systems Engineer or Architect is preferred.
