Senior Test Engineer

Role Overview

As a Senior Test Engineer, you will own and scale the quality and testing framework for Satori, a next-generation UI framework and design system. You will ensure high-quality, accessible UI components across Hyland products. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will shape the quality strategy for a shared UI platform used across the entire Hyland ecosystem.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and maintain robust UI automation frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript. Build and execute functional, non-functional, and accessibility tests for shared UI components used across multiple Hyland products.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will lead the overall test strategy for shared UI components, identify test flakiness, analyze failures, and partner closely with engineering teams to drive resolution. You will also mentor junior engineers and influence testing standards, tools, and best practices across teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on UI test automation
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright for UI automation, combined with advanced proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript
• Solid experience testing Angular-based applications, including Angular Material components
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS selectors, DOM structure, and hands-on experience with web accessibility testing and assistive technologies
• Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch, with a strong understanding of testing best practices, test types, and test strategies
