Job description
The Test Engineer is responsible for writing code and scripts, identifying tools for functional and non-functional tests, and contributing to automated test frameworks that ensure the delivery of high-quality software. This role emphasizes an automation-first quality practice, with manual testing used selectively to complement automated coverage and independent problem investigation for systems operating across diverse customer environments.
Develop and maintain moderately complex integration, functional, and non-functional tests; contribute to automated test frameworks to ensure the holistic quality of the software. Design and execute tests that validate upgrades, compatibility, and behavior across multiple system configurations and environments.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating closely with developers and teammates to resolve quality and reliability issues. Experience testing cloud-hosted systems and familiarity with integration or contract testing approaches.
