Requirements

• 7+ years sales experience in banking, fintech, or blockchain payments
• Proven B2B revenue growth
• Bachelor’s in business/finance (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
• Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese is required
