Business Strategy Manager

Hyundai Capital America seeks a Business Strategy Manager to lead strategic initiatives and shape strategy to support the growth and profitability of the company. This role will partner with leaders across the enterprise to evaluate opportunities, assess capabilities, and develop business cases to support decision-making. A core focus is building, scaling, and evolving the auto P&C business. Responsibilities include leading strategy projects, conducting market analysis, and supporting broader corporate strategy initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years' progressive experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, management consulting, product strategy, business operations, or an adjacent role
• Automotive or financial services industries preferred
• Auto P&C insurance experience preferred, particularly in partnership/distribution strategy, product economics, and/or go-to-market execution
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related discipline
• MBA a plus
• Demonstrated expertise in primary and secondary research techniques and intelligence gathering and benchmarking
