We are looking for a Sales Manager Iberia to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and strengthen partnerships across Spain and Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development within logistics or freight forwarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Sales or Business Development within logistics or freight forwarding
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken); knowledge of Portuguese is particularly advantageous; additional European languages are a plus
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to present complex logistics solutions clearly and convincingly
- Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving, and service-oriented skills
