Senior Manager, Professional Development

Lead a team of project managers responsible for delivering and scaling IANS' professional development products, drive client engagement, product performance, and cross-functional alignment to support revenue growth and participant outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years in professional development, L&D, product delivery, or program management
• 3+ years leading and developing teams with a strong coaching mindset
• Strong client communication skills
• Demonstrated success improving operational processes and scaling program delivery
• Solid business acumen and comfort with forecasting, pricing, performance reporting, and running profit and loss with understanding of margins
