Requirements
- Minimum 7 years in professional development, L&D, product delivery, or program management
- 3+ years leading and developing teams with a strong coaching mindset
- Strong client communication skills
- Demonstrated success improving operational processes and scaling program delivery
- Solid business acumen and comfort with forecasting, pricing, performance reporting, and running profit and loss with understanding of margins
