Requirements

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in WordPress development
• At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
• Proven track record of managing complex, client-facing WordPress projects from discovery to deployment
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)
• Expert knowledge of WordPress architecture, performance optimization, and custom plugin/theme development
• Strong experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and managing staging-to-production environments
