The Medical Education Specialist reports to the Medical Education Manager and is responsible for maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and operationally managing medical education activities intended for practitioners ensuring the appropriate use of IBSA DERMA medical devices.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of the healthcare system and medical devices.
- Aesthetic Medicine/Dermatology therapeutic area knowledge is strongly preferred.
- MD, PhD, Pharm D or MSc preferred.
- 3-5 years of Sales Rep/MSL/Product Specialist or KAM experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop relationships with KOLs, engage KOLs in a scientific dialogue and to handle possible objections.
- High proactivity and demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and work effectively.
- High ability to present and discuss clearly the scientific material.
- Good problem solving, analytic approach, flexibility, and skill project management.
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate with other company functions.
- Good knowledge of MS office and presenting tools.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (about 40%).
