ICAO Roster-Air Traffic Management (ATM) Expert

The Field Operations Section (FOS) is responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and closure of Technical Assistance (TA) and Technical Cooperation (TC) projects. The ICAO Roster of Experts is managed by the Field Personnel Section (FPS/FRU).

Requirements

• Undertake a complete analysis of the present ATM system
• Provide recommendations for upgrade of the present ATM system including airspace organization
• Provide recommendations for the national implementation of an ATM safety management system
• Provide recommendations to improve human resource planning and development
• Provide recommendations for training in areas of quality control, inspectors and auditors
• Assess the ATC procedures and make recommendations for upgrade
• Assess the CNS system and make recommendations for upgrade
• Perform other related duties, as assigned
