7+ years of experience in aviation, university degree in civil aviation or related field, and good command of English

First level University degree, Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license, and 10 years' experience in maintenance and quality control / assurance of aircraft and aeronautical products

10+ years of experience in senior position in a CAA Department of Airworthiness, 3+ years of experience working as airworthiness inspector with a CAA in the certification and oversight of air operators and approved maintenance organizations

10+ years of experience in senior position in a CAA Department of Air Operator and Air Cargo Certification, with significant experience working as safety operation inspector with a CAA in the certification of air cargo operators

10+ years of experience in senior position in a CAA Department of Air Operator Certification, 3+ years of experience working as flight operations inspector with a CAA, and extensive experience in flight operations inspections and audit

10+ years of experience in senior position in a CAA Department of Personnel Licensing, with experience in certification and oversight of Approved Training Organizations (ATOs) and qualification and approval of flight simulation training devices (FSTDs)

10 years' experience as ANS ATM/SAR and PANS-OPS safety oversight inspector, 8 years ATS license holder with at least 2 ratings, fluent in Portuguese
