We are looking for individuals to strengthen our inbound call center team for an energy provider. The position characteristics are: Unlimited term contract without the anxiety of renewals, full-time job, flexible schedule (rotating 24-hour shifts, Monday to Sunday), and monthly performance-based bonus.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and work management skills with courtesy and professionalism
• High school diploma and good communication skills in English
• Previous experience in a call center and experience in roles that included customer service as a basis
