Senior Infrastructure Administrator

Role Overview

We're looking for a skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our UK Infrastructure Team. You'll design, deploy, and maintain functional LAN, WLAN, WAN & server infrastructure environments, and collaborate with talented engineers across Expleo's global 3-tier network structure.

What You Will Do

Design, deploy, and maintain functional LAN, WLAN, WAN & server infrastructure environments, configure and install network devices, servers, routers and supporting technologies, and troubleshoot complex issues escalated by the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP (Security, Firewall specialisms highly valued)
• Strong background in network administration, switching and routing
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently
• Strong grounding in Active Directory and policy management
• Knowledge of PAN-OS, SD WAN, Cisco IOS and Extreme Network operating systems
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and access control models
• Azure server and related services build, configuration and maintenance
• Managing backups Azure / Veeam
• Client device deployment / patching (Azure Arc / SCCM / WSUS / Intune)
• Technical knowledge, support, troubleshooting of MS on premises Active directory infrastructure & related services - international scale if possible – (domain controllers, DFS, GPO, replication, etc)
• Knowledge of MS Cloud services and relationships with on premises infrastructure (EntraID, AD connect)
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture, support, troubleshooting at least small scale (UK only), ideally international scale.
