Job description
As a Clinical Operations Manager at ICON, you will oversee the execution of clinical trials, ensuring they are conducted efficiently, on time, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. You will contribute to the advancement of innovative therapies through strategic leadership in operational planning and management of clinical study teams.
Leading the operational planning and execution of clinical trials, engaging with cross-functional teams, monitoring trial progress, mentoring junior staff, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
