Job description
As a Financial Analyst II at ICON, you will play a significant role in supporting advanced financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes. You will provide critical financial insights and strategic recommendations to drive business growth and operational efficiency across the organization.
Conducting detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, to support business unit performance and strategic planning. Developing and maintaining complex financial models to evaluate business scenarios and support decision-making processes.
2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools, such as Excel, with experience in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) being a plus.
