Senior Director, Health Economics and Outcomes Research / Real World Evidence

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Director of Health Economics and Outcomes Research / Real World Evidence to join the IDEAYA Commercial team. The Senior Director, HEOR/RWE will be responsible for shaping and executing IDEAYA’s health economics, outcomes research, and real-world evidence strategy for the launch of darovasertib in metastatic uveal melanoma (mUM).

What You Will Do

Develop and execute the HEOR and RWE strategy to support US value demonstration for darovasertib at launch and through its lifecycle. Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs and Clinical Development to evaluate data gaps and develop robust evidence generation and publication plans.

Requirements

• Advanced, doctoral level degree in related discipline
• At least 10-15 years of related experience
• Experience in Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry in US HEOR/RWE and with market access strategies
• Experience with rare disease and oral drugs is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success with US commercialization and launches
• Deep technical knowledge and experience with Clinical and HEOR / RWE data sets, methodologies, analyses, and processes
