Requirements
- Perform high quality legal work without constant supervision
- Take and defend key depositions
- Law and motion practice, including hearings
- Case management, including hearings
- Consult with Partners to set case strategy and goals
- Business Development: outreach to potential referring counsel, potential clients
- Generation of firm marketing and advertising materials
- Direct and handle press inquiries as appropriate
- Supervise more junior attorneys and support staff
