We are looking for a hands-on QA Lead to own quality assurance across Idoven’s Health SaaS platform, building the QA framework, driving automated testing strategy, and personally implementing the testing infrastructure.
Requirements
- Design and own Idoven’s QA framework from the ground up, establishing best practices across the engineering organisation
- Build, maintain, and improve automated test suites with strong coverage across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Supervise data quality and assure the quality of AI/ML features, including feature engineering and feature selection
- Organise test cases, analyse test outcomes, and proactively communicate risks and blockers before they require escalation
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated test automation
- Create and maintain QA documentation aligned with ISO 13485 and ISO 27001 regulatory requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Data, Engineering, Product, and Regulatory teams
- Help engineers across Tech understand and internalise quality — through tooling, documentation, and direct support
- Mentor and support one direct report, helping them grow technically
- Participate in hiring and interviewing for QA and engineering roles
