We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Lead who combines strong hands-on recruitment expertise with proven leadership skills and a structured, results-driven approach.
Requirements
- 7+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience across a variety of roles and seniority levels
- 4+ years in a leadership role, managing high-volume hiring and diverse role types, ideally across different business functions
- Proven experience building, scaling, and training recruitment teams
- Experience managing and motivating fully remote and distributed teams
- Fluent English, Ukrainian, and Russian
- Strong hands-on mindset and readiness to personally close vacancies, including complex and senior roles
- Systematic, process-oriented approach with a strong focus on efficiency and measurable outcomes
- Positive, approachable, and people-oriented personality with strong stakeholder management skills
