Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Civil Litigation and Family Law
- Drafting documents, including pleadings, orders, briefs, and other court documents
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid knowledge of the Family Law Rules and the Rules of Civil Procedure
- Experience with MS Office, PC Law, and DivorceMate
