The PQE is responsible for optimizing and managing processes, improving quality, and leading quality teams to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor or above
- 5 years+ in line quality control experience
- Experience with opto-electronics manufacturing is a plus
- Be familiar with customer complaint handling process and can coordinate customer complaint FA
- Be able to lead/push to a team to accomplish the improvement project
- Be familiar with ISO9000, TL9000, can lead the team to perform internal audit and chase the actions
- Experience on failure analysis
- Experience with problem analysis and resolution
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results independently or working with others
- Ability to recommend and implement improvements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with networked PC based computer systems
