Job Description
Process Engineer responsible for establishing and maintaining statistical process control, yield, and scrap cost tracking within the engineering subdivision to improve process flow. Implement yield improvements, perform troubleshooting, and enable and document improved process.
Requirements
- Bachelor or above degree in Optical, electrical, automation or related subjects
- 5+ years experience in working on optical components or modules
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written English
- Solid skills in product failure analysis and data analysis
- Understanding of mechanical drawing and basic design for jigs/fixtures
