Senior Process Engineer (Coating)

Senior Process Engineer (Coating) responsible for troubleshooting and resolving process and manufacturing challenges, improving process yield, and optimizing production performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or Physics
• Work experience in thin film coating or advanced manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical & project management skills
• Good technical knowledge of thermal & optical properties of materials
• Knowledge of Thin Film Deposition Physics & Thin Film Design
• Knowledge of high vacuum systems, evaporation techniques, cleaning & drying technologies
• Knowledge of DOE, FMEA, SPC, TQM
• Data visualization in Power BI or similar platform
• Ability to analyze and extract meaningful insight of data
• Knowledge of work safety practices, handling of industrial/hazardous materials
• Non-color deficiency required to check optics quality
