Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Shipping Analyst to meet or exceed our customers' expectations in compliance to OTD 95%. The role involves coordinating flow and documentation of export procedures, assisting and supporting in all shipping import/export activities, and overseeing outbound activities such as physical shipment verification and shipment release to forwarders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or its equivalents
- At least 02 years of relevant work experience in shipping/logistics in a MNC with high mix high volume manufacturing environment
- PC literate in spreadsheet applications
- Knowledgeable and experience in warehousing or logistics management is an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and reporting of information/data
- Logical thinking and analytical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving
- Ability to work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp internally or externally
