Job Description
The Training Executive will lead and be responsible for training, certification, and cross-training across shifts/areas. The role requires a bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or Administration and at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or Administration or its equivalents
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong Knowledge related to the processes/area
- Good Communication skill
- Ability to learn and maintain operating skills across the required area
- Ability to set and maintain priorities with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills working with Ms Word and Excel
- Ability to work and communicate with Line Leader, Production Supervisor, Technician and Engineer
- Ability to motivate team members to achieve plan/goals
- Ability to demonstrate team building, leadership, and mentoring skills
