Electrician

IKO Industries Ltd. is a market leader in the manufacturing of roofing and building materials. This role focuses on optimizing plant performance through advanced troubleshooting, repair, and programming of motor control systems and automation equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance with a focus on motor controls and automation.
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC motors, VFDs, servo systems, and motor protection devices.
• Proficiency in Allen Bradley PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Experience with industrial networking and communication protocols.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues using remote HMI and SCADA systems.
• Familiarity with instrumentation sensors, transmitters, and feedback devices for motor control.
• Skilled in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to reliability.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and respond to 24-hour call-outs.
