Production Manager

IKO Industries Ltd. is a market leader in the manufacturing of roofing and building materials. We are seeking a Production Manager to oversee plant operations at our Ennis facility, fostering cross-functional collaboration and a culture of Safety first, continuous improvement, employee development, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Technical four-year degree
• Minimum of 5 years' supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives including Lean Manufacturing
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
