We are an on-site Patient Contact Center environment. This position requires the ability to professionally handle inbound and/or outbound calls pertaining to patient concerns with their billing statement of a health care nature and/or collect past due balances while maintaining and providing excellent customer service, appropriate levels of confidentiality, and the ability to work in a culturally diverse call center atmosphere.
