Physical Therapist

As a Physical Therapist at Illinois Bone and Joint, you will provide superior outpatient rehabilitation services through a collaborative care model with physicians to optimize performance and enhance the quality of function for patients. You will interpret physician orders, perform initial evaluations, and establish treatment plans and functional goals. You will also supervise rehabilitation technicians and maintain accurate documentation of patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate from accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Licensed or eligible to sit for boards in the state of Illinois
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Professional and effective writing and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift greater than 25 pounds
• Demonstrates good understanding of proper body mechanics for lifting, pulling, pushing
• Ability to be stand and sit for sequences of time greater than 30 minutes
• Ability to work on a computer for lengthy times during the day
