ATC, Illinois Licensure, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Patient Service Coordinator II
High school diploma or equivalent required, 3+ years of customer service experience, EHR experience preferred
Personal Trainer/Performance Coach
Bachelor's degree, nationally recognized certification, CPR/AED certification, and 1-2 years of experience in personal training
Medical Assistant Float
Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program, maintains CPR certification, and experience in an orthopedic healthcare setting is preferred
Medical Administrative Assistant
Medical Administrative Assistant with Associates Degree and 3-4 years experience in healthcare required
Physician Assistant
Graduate of an accredited PA program, PA licensure in IL, and 2+ years of experience
Registered Nurse
Minimum of 2 years experience in nursing and must be licensed in Illinois as a Registered Nurse
Administrative Assistant II Float
High school diploma or equivalent required. 40 wpm typing and computer literacy. Basic medical terminology & phone skills. Good sense of humor and English language proficiency needed
ATC Physician Extender
BA/BS in Athletic Training or related field; Illinois licensure; experience with DME fitting and application
Radiologic Technologist
Associate's degree or 2 years of experience, valid state license, and CPR certification required
