Maintenance Technician

Role Overview

ImageFIRST is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery. They will work in a manufacturing environment and be required to lift up to 30 pounds. The role requires critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.

What You Will Do

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery, writing and maintaining standard operating procedures, and communicating with production associates and management.

Requirements

• Working knowledge, education or experience in one or more of the following areas: Electrical systems, Mechanical systems, Hydraulic & pneumatic systems, Plumbing, Carpentry, HVAC, Welding, Piping systems, PLC programming
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
• High school diploma or equivalent or technical school training
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
