Job description
The Business Analyst / Data Liaison supports enterprise data governance and modernization initiatives within a federal healthcare and defense environment. This role serves as the bridge between mission stakeholders, governance leadership, and technical delivery teams.
Translate operational needs into structured, traceable requirements aligned to cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance mandates. Lead requirements elicitation sessions with clinical, operational, cybersecurity, and data stakeholders.
5–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Liaison supporting DoD or federal healthcare environments. Strong understanding of federal cybersecurity and compliance frameworks (NIST 800-series, RMF, HIPAA). Ability to translate policy and compliance requirements into operational workflows.
