Job Description
IMAP is seeking a Senior Manager, Organizational Development in the Public Sector to lead transformation projects, conduct organizational diagnoses, optimize structures and processes, and advise organizations on strategic alignment. The role involves business development, acquiring new projects, and managing key accounts, shaping the growth of the organization.
Requirements
- Excellent analytical skills to identify resistance, risks, and opportunities.
- High degree of flexibility and adaptability.
- At least five years of experience in change and organizational development projects, ideally in public administrations.
- Sound systemic change consulting and coaching skills.
- Experience in agile and classic project management.
- Willingness to travel.
