We are looking for a Medical Director to lead a new hospital in Barcelona, with a strategic challenge to build, lead and consolidate the healthcare model of a hospital from its inception.

Requirements

• Medical degree (valuable training in healthcare management)
• Experience in hospital medical direction (5-8 years)
• Knowledge of the private healthcare environment in Catalonia
• Experience in leading teams and managing change
• Strategic profile, with execution and influence capacity
