Collections Specialist (Italian Speaker)

Imerys is seeking an Italian-speaking Collections Specialist to join their international collection team, supporting entities across the Italianophone region. The successful candidate will assist in the collection of outstanding debts, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues impacting collections.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Collections, Credit, or related financial services roles
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Experience with ERPs (SAP experience a plus)
• Competent knowledge in Microsoft Office and/or Google Sheets
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer relations
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to tasks
