Mechanical Engineer

Imerys is a world-leading supplier of mineral-based specialty solutions for various industries. We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Willebroek, Belgium. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for end-to-end project management, technical leadership, contractor management, and continuous improvement. You will work on complex engineering projects, develop new machines, and advise on regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Master or Bachelor in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (Engineer)
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in an industrial environment (preferably process chemistry or heavy industry)
• In-depth knowledge of piping, static & rotating equipment, and relevant standards (DIN, TEMA, PED)
• Fluent Dutch and English
