NetSuite Functional Consultant

A U.S.-based company is seeking a Functional Consultant to work remotely and join its team. The consultant will be responsible for implementing NetSuite projects through business analysis, configuration, testing, training, and data migration. Strong business process expertise is required to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with client needs.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in ERP implementations, ideally with NetSuite or comparable systems.
• Business Process Knowledge: Familiarity with core business process areas (Record to Report, Design to Build, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay).
• Accounting Knowledge: Familiarity with basic US GAAP accounting concepts.
• Industry Exposure: Practical understanding of at least one vertical (Services, Software/SaaS, Staffing, Wholesale & Distribution, Retail, Manufacturing, or Food & Beverages).
• Technical Familiarity: Basic knowledge of NetSuite configuration options (custom fields, workflows, reporting, dashboards). Experience with SuiteFlow or SuiteAnalytics is an asset.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to interact professionally.
