The Creator Account Manager will work with brands to recruit, engage, and grow their creator community, developing strategies to attract creators aligned with brand goals and managing a book of dedicated Performance Creator clients.
Requirements
- At least 4+ years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer/creator marketing, and scaled community management.
- Strong understanding of Creator & affiliate marketing strategies, tools, and technologies.
- Experience budgeting, casting, negotiating, contracting, overseeing fulfillment, draft approvals, reporting, etc. for creator campaigns.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse group of Creators & affiliates and clients.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for and strong knowledge of social media platforms.
- Self-starter with a strong drive to not only succeed personally but have the drive to grow and develop client businesses.
