We are seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to provide legal advice on a broad range of corporate, commercial, and transactional matters, while working cross-functionally with various teams throughout the company. The Senior Corporate Counsel will draft and negotiate agreements, advise business teams, and support corporate, Board, securities, compliance, and M&A functions.
Requirements
- JD and admission to a state bar in the jurisdiction in which you practice in good standing (or eligibility to practice as an in-house counsel based upon your state bar qualification)
- 3+ years of experience at a major law firm, with in-house experience a plus
- Experience in complex SaaS agreements and M&A transactions
- Self-starter with a great work ethic and an analytical thinker with superior problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communicator, both written & verbal; reliable and responsive to email and phone communications
- Highest level of integrity and good judgment, with the ability to effectively deal with highly sensitive, confidential information
- Strong computer skills, including high degree of comfortability using GSuite and Microsoft products
