Job Description
impact.com is seeking a software engineer to contribute to the transformation of its partnership management platform from a monolithic system to a modern modular monolith. The role emphasizes curiosity, continuous improvement, and collaboration, requiring the engineer to build, innovate, and evolve alongside a strong team. This is a crucial role within a growing, rapidly-evolving SaaS company focused on partnership optimization.
Requirements
- Solid foundations in computer science and software engineering
- Interest in, or hands-on experience with, domain-driven design
- Familiarity with hexagonal / ports-and-adapters architecture
- Experience with object-oriented and functional programming concepts
- Passion for writing clean, simple, and readable code
- Understanding of test-driven development and eagerness to grow in this area
- Understanding of event-driven architectures
- Strong analytical and communication skills
