Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Part-time (20-hours/week)

Impact Life is seeking a compassionate and innovative Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join its Social Prescribing Whole Person Healthcare Program. The role provides integrated behavioral health care while helping patients connect with community resources and social supports that improve overall health outcomes.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current and valid Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification
• Current and valid APRN license in the State of Delaware
• Certification and credentials that allow for independent practice as a behavioral health provider in Delaware
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in behavioral health, integrated care, or community mental health settings
• Prescriptive authority with DEA and Delaware CSR registration
