Senior Engineering Manager - Payments

Imprint is reimagining co-branded credit cards & financial products to be smarter, more rewarding, and truly brand-first. We're seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our Payments Engineering team, building reliable, secure, and scalable systems that power all of our payment experiences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in engineering management with a hands-on backend development background.
• Deep experience designing, building, and operating production-grade financial or payments systems (e.g., ACH, debit payments, bill pay, checks).
• Proven leadership in system architecture and design—covering reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and modern engineering best practices.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
