Conseiller en Prévention - Santé et Sécurité

Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is looking for a Prevention and Safety Advisor to implement, manage, and improve prevention programs and promote a strong, sustainable, and proactive occupational health and safety culture.

Requirements

• University or college degree in occupational health and safety, human resources, or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge of the Quebec legal framework in occupational health and safety
• Demonstrated experience in implementing prevention programs and occupational health and safety culture
• Excellent communication, influence, and mobilization skills
• Rigor, autonomy, and field leadership
• Valid driver's license and vehicle to travel between the two sites
• Good command of French oral and written and functional English
• Good knowledge of computer tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
