Job Description
Senior Salesforce Administrator job description for a US client in the manufacturing sector. Responsible for leveraging and improving Salesforce to solve business problems. Collaborates with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to deliver insights and build Dashboards and Reports.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Previous experience working with Salesforce CPQ
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce platform
- Experience working with various departments and teams to build Dashboards and Reports
- Basic knowledge and understanding of SOQL and Salesforce Metadata
- Familiar with the latest Salesforce tools and features
- High-Level understanding of the Salesforce deployment processes and environment management
- Experience with Sandboxes, Data Loader, Data Import Wizard and Gearset
- High-Level understanding of Apex and Visualforce
- Experience with Flows and Process Builder
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning, especially Lightning Console
